🎯 THE INTENTIONAL ATTENTION CHALLENGE
You can get a lot done and still finish the day without touching the thing that matters most to you. You answered messages. Handled requests. Solved problems. Kept everything moving. But the project, decision or personal goal you wanted to focus on is still waiting. When you’re capable and reliable, there is usually something, or someone, ready to claim your attention. This week, choose one priority and allocate a specific block of time to it. It could be: 🌱 Twenty minutes working on your own business. 🌱 Fifteen minutes at the gym. 🌱 Half an hour preparing for a difficult conversation. 🌱 Ten minutes reviewing your finances. Make the appointment clear: “On Tuesday at 10:00, I’ll spend twenty minutes drafting the first section of my proposal.” Before you begin, decide: • What exactly will I work on? • What can wait until this block is finished? • What do I need to put away, close or communicate to protect my attention? Give yourself a clear stopping point too. You don’t have to finish the whole project for the time to be useful. Then notice what happens. Do you settle into the task, or feel pulled to check messages, help someone or do something easier? That response is worth understanding. Sustainable performance includes being intentional about where your attention goes, alongside how much you get done. 👇 Share your appointment: 🎯 I’m giving my attention to: 🗓️ My allocated time: 🚧 What I’ll put in place to protect it: Afterwards, come back and tell us: what did you notice when you gave this your attention?

There are 3 things that I used to do, but I am not doing consistently anymore and they are the things that used to ground me and bring me peace daily: ✅30minutes of prayer in the morning ✅30 minutes of exercising ✅1 hour of reading or studying daily. So starting today, I will be blocking the time to make sure I do them daily.
THE PRIORITY TEST 🎯
Yesterday’s challenge was to identify the one thing that actually matters most. Today, we test it. Not by asking what you say your priority is. By looking at where your resources actually went. Think about today: Where did your best energy go? What received most of your attention? What got your time? What were you quickest to respond to? Now compare those answers with the priority you chose yesterday. Do they match? Because our calendars, behaviours and attention often tell a more accurate story about our priorities than our intentions do. This isn’t about judging yourself for having a “productive” or “unproductive” day. It’s about awareness before adjustment. 🎯 Your challenge for tomorrow: Choose your highest-priority action and deliberately protect a block of time for it before everything else starts competing for your attention. Then comment below: Tomorrow I’m protecting ___ minutes for __________. High performance isn’t about fitting everything in. It’s about learning to direct your time, energy and attention toward what matters most. Less noise. More focus. Greater intentionality.

🎥 REPLAY: THE RESPONSIBILITY TRAP
Yesterday’s Insight to Action conversation is now available in the Classroom under the recordings section. We explored what happens when being capable, reliable and willing to help gradually turns you into the person who is expected to carry everything. The conversation covered: 🌱 Healthy responsibility versus over-responsibility 🌱 Becoming the default problem-solver 🌱 The identity attached to being dependable 🌱 Why stepping back can feel uncomfortable 🌱 Boundaries, delegation and shared ownership 🌱 Supporting others without taking over their responsibility As you watch, consider this: What are you currently carrying because it genuinely belongs to you and what are you carrying simply because people know you will? Watch the recording in the Classroom and share your biggest insight below. 👇 Classroom Link

I’ve always been someone who goes out of my way to help and support others. I suppose you could say I’ve been an over-giver. Over time, I realized that some of the people I had always been there for were not necessarily there for me when I needed them. I’m learning that setting boundaries and saying NO when necessary does not make me less caring. I can still give and support others where I genuinely can, without losing myself in the process or expecting the same in return. So today, I choose to give and support from a place of genuine kindness if and when I can—not because I expect it to be reciprocated, but because it is who I choose to be and do at that particular moment.

🔥 THIS WEEK’S PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE: The One Thing Rule
High performers are very good at asking: “What else can I do?” This week, I want you to practise asking: “What actually matters most?” Your challenge for the next 5 days: Every morning, identify ONE action that would make the day feel meaningfully productive if it were completed. Do that before allowing the smaller, louder or more urgent-looking tasks to take over. At the end of each day, ask yourself: Did my actions reflect my priorities or just respond to whatever demanded my attention? That’s it. Five days. Five deliberate priorities. Five opportunities to practise directing your performance instead of reacting your way through the week. 👇 Commit below: What is your ONE thing for tomorrow? Mine will be in the comments.

🎥 REPLAY: THE PRICE OF BEING CAPABLE
This conversation became far more focused on boundaries than we initially expected. What made it particularly interesting was how differently the same questions landed for each of us. The discussion showed that boundaries are rarely only about saying no. They are also connected to identity, responsibility, reputation and self-worth. If you don’t have time to watch the full replay yet, choose one question and share your perspective: 1. What did achievement first give you? 2. Who are you when the role, title or result changes? 3. Are you carrying something because it matters, or simply because you can? 4. Which boundary feels like a threat to your reputation? 5. Are you solving the problem, or training everyone to bring it to you? 6. Can you rely on yourself to act on what you already know? There are no perfect answers. The value lies in noticing how you interpret the question. Watch the replay here: REPLAY LINK Which question stood out to you, and why?

@Tamzyn Wegrostek I missed this session hopefully I will be able to join in on the next one. 1. What did achievement first give you? I think every time I achieve something it gives me confidence that I can do anything I put my mind to and it gives me the energy to keep going regardless on how challenging things get.
