I'm so grateful to have found a course that speaks specifically to the things I have been struggling with in my relationships, but in a strength-based and compassionate way. We compassionate people also need compassion as we learn about what healthy boundaries look like, and how to implement them in our (often) unhealthy relationships. Thank you Molly for showing me HOW to step into my own mana motuhake (power and ability to control my own destiny) while honouring myself and others.
