@Joe Moss I'm not suprised at all the first two tools on that list are not advisortech specific. The CRM / project management tools in the "rest of the world" are just miles better than what we have.

@Niki Clark as Hormozi says "Focus becomes harder as your abilities increase because you see more opportunities." So I think capable people are capable and they take on a lot as a result. Then I think we ignore compounding. If you're optimizing for long-term value/dollars it makes no sense to divide your efforts. The world pays the "best" orders of magnitude more than it pays those who are "pretty good." But it takes time to become the best and most of us jump to or take on another thing before becoming the best. It's not always intentional either. I thought I was just "following my passions" until I realized I was destroying my results.
