I’m putting together a 7–8-year-old boys team and looking for 2–3 more players. Theb team already has 8 players so if you’re interested, please sign up asap. This team won last years biddy ball championship. We’re open to 5–6-year-olds as well, as long as they’re comfortable playing on a 10-foot goal with defense. In order to join our team, please head to Blackwell Rec and fill out an application for free. The fee is only $25 but can be paid later. We are looking to do custom jerseys with our names as well as other custom merch. So the sooner you register the sooner we can get our order in. Lastly, I don’t play favorites. Anybody who was a part of the team last year they can vouch that I even benched my son in the championship game cause he wasn’t with the team needed. I can make a promise to every parent in this group that whichever kid works hardest in practice and outside of practice will be playing the most. It will not be based off of whose parent I know or who is coaching the team. Over the next couple months, my focus as coach will be developing the boys’ dribbling, ball-handling, and ability to handle pressure. If anyone in the group wants to join me as an assistant coach, let me know!
