Start Here // Welcome to Your Safe Space 🤍
Sister, drop the cape. You don’t have to carry it all here. If you walked through our doors today feeling completely exhausted, mentally drained, or like you are drowning under the weight of everyone else's expectations... you are exactly where you belong. Society expects us to work like we don't have families, and take care of our families like we don't work. We are taught to hold it all together, smile, and say "I'm fine." But this is the one space where you don't have to be fine. > This community is a judgment-free sanctuary designed specifically for women, moms, and wives who are tired of pouring from an empty cup. This is your space to vent without guilt, to cry if you need to, to laugh, and to finally feel seen and understood by sisters who truly get it. To help you settle in and drop the pressure, let’s do three simple things together right now: 1. Take off the mask: Drop a comment below and finish this sentence with total honesty: "If I am being completely real, right now I am feeling..." (Let it out. We’ve got you.) 2. Go get a moment of comfort: Head over to the Classroom tab and play the Morning Alignment Audio Let the words wash over you before you take care of anyone else today. 3. Keep the sisterhood close: Download the Skool app on your phone so whenever an overwhelming moment hits you during the day, you can open this space and instantly connect with women who will lift you up. You are done surviving in isolation. Welcome to the sisterhood. With love, Tanti ✨

If I’m being completely real, right now I’m feeling.. like I’m tired of needing money. I am ready to extinguish this debt mindset of feeling like I will be happier when I finally get some money. I want to learn to find more happiness in the moment regardless of the circumstances. I’ve been feeling drained and lacking motivation to get up and go get my goals! I’m so happy spring & summer are here to get me out of the house and get this blood moving!! I know working out helps mental health but hitting the gym just don’t sound fun. I really want to go hiking or go play some sports or something. Seems like nobody wants to do that shit without having to make big plans around it. I need someone I can just randomly hit the basketball court with or something. My bf doesn’t want to do anything but play video games 😵‍💫 he works hard so I can understand wanting down time but fr fr there has got to be more to Life than just work work work then come home eat sleep n work some more. I miss my girls!

My name is Taylor and I have been a full time entrepreneur for the last 8 years. I am currently the owner and operator of a mobile massage business in the Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Not only do I offer therapeutic massage and bodywork services, but I also offer spiritual services such as Reiki and sound healing. Helping others has always been my motivation. To help others you have to first be able to help yourself. I am grateful to be apart of this Unbroken Skool journey. I look forward to watching this space grow with love, kindness, and knowledge.

100% my student loans and credit card bills. also my Taxes. I’m ready to buy a house financially but I can’t seem to get my paperwork right when it comes to my income. Having a 1099 means they want to base it off my tax returns and my tax returns just ain’t lookin right at allll bc my deductions. But I am so tired of this apartment n not being able to plant no food n create a real life for myself. Ready to find a forever home that doesn’t require selling my soul to afford
🛑 DAY 1: The 5-Minute Brain Dump
❤️ Welcome to Day 1 of the 7-Day Drop the Cape Challenge, sisters! If you just survived a hectic holiday weekend of hosting, cooking, and managing everyone else's needs... you are exactly where you need to be. Today, we are starting with the heaviest thing you are carrying: your mind sis!!!! As women, our brains have 50 tabs open at all times. We are remembering doctor appointments, grocery lists, laundry, work deadlines, and emotional checking-in on everyone else. It is exhausting, and it’s why you feel like screaming. Today, we clear the mental 👇 Your Micro-Action Today: Grab a scrap piece of paper and a pen. Set a timer on your phone for 5 minutes. Write down everything swirling in your head. Do not organize it. Do not make it pretty. Just dump it all out until your brain feels lighter. When you're done, come back to to this post drop a picture of your messy handwritten paper. Let’s lighten the load together! 🌟 Here is mine!!

🌼 ME FIRST FRIDAY!! What did you do for YOURSELF this week?
HAPPY FRIDAAYY QUEENS!!! Take a deep breath right now. Drop your shoulders away from your ears... For the last four days, you have likely been the ultimate manager. You’ve catered everyone else's needs, kept the household afloat, and poured every single drop of your energy into being a good mom, a supportive wife, or a dedicated employee. But today, the cape comes off. Today, we talk about YOU SIS 👏👏👏 we were taught that putting ourselves last was a badge of honor. It’s not—it’s just a recipe for burnout and losing the woman you used to be. AND I MISS HERRRR!! Inside this sanctuary, your joy is non-negotiable. So before we slide into the busy weekend layout, we are pausing to celebrate our own personal autonomy. 👇 Your Friday Mission: ⏰️ 🚨 In the comments below, share one small thing you did this week purely for your own sanity, peace, or joy. No matter how tiny it feels, if it was just for you, it counts. Did you lock the bathroom door and read a book in peace for 10 minutes? Did you say "no" to an exhausting weekend obligation without explaining yourself? Did you blasting your favorite old-school R&B song in the car and actually sing along? Did take the long way home just to sit in silence? Drop your "Me First" win below. Let’s celebrate each other for remembering who we are underneath all the titles. 🤍

Today I have been binge watching throwback comfort shows and eating chocolate chip banana bread and hiding from the world. It’s hard not to guilt myself for all of my unfinished tasks but sometimes I just need some time to decompress.
