Fasting and Ipamorelin
So I did my first trial of IPA, hoping to put on a little bit more muscle… I’m wondering if I am messing up my progress with the fasting protocols. I haven’t really noticed much of a difference. I’m already relatively lean and relatively muscular. I really want to recomp my lower body (specifically build that booty). I got pretty lean a couple of months ago any my booty paid the price… now I am trying to build more muscle so my partner stops trying to feed me cheeseburgers haha I started with the split dose as recommended in the peptide guide and then I went just to warnings. Fasting for a p.m. dose got a little bit difficult on the days that I work very late but in the morning, I also have a protein coffee first thing. Please educate me on the fasting protocols that have worked for you… Is it two hours before an injection and two hours after? How strict are you on the fast? TY! Edited to add: I lift heavy three times a week and I’m very active for the rest of the time… My nutrition is pretty freaking good. I’m getting a minimum of 120 g of protein per day. I am adding protein post workout hoping that might help? Also, I am measuring and that’s how I’m not noticing the changes.

Thyroid & GLP's
Hi everyone - I am wondering what experiences people have had that take thyroid meds and also taking GLP's. I am on Armor thyroid and took a micro dose of retatrutide a few months ago for about 8 weeks. My TSH got really low and my T4 got super high. I didn't notice anything from how I felt but I did feel like I could run into issues if I kept going on Reta. Curious what others have seen with their thyroid labs?

I am on low dose synthroid and after a cycle of Reta (1mg/week) my labs completely normalized. Curious what others experience is
Eating disorders and GLP
Vulnerable question here. As a woman who has dealt with eating disorders since she hit double digits I am… torn. I would love to hear your experience with macrodosing GLP 3 and the protocol/dosage that worked for you. I have done so much work and I am in a very good place but it still lives in me (iykyk). I have been through it all Ana as a young teen transitioned to bulemia after I was hospitalized and ā€œbeing watchedā€ and struggled between that and good old BED as an adult. I did a cycle of GLP3 at a low dose and immediately got nervous when I felt the ā€œhighā€ of not eating. But I cut it back and low doses and committed to tracking EVERYTHING after I felt that familiar feeling. I did well on it and now that I have cycled off I am wondering if other ED hx girls have had success microdosing? I noticed that (once I got my shit together) I felt much less depressed, I had way more energy, my brain was on FIRE (maybe from not struggling with food noise day in and day out?). Obviously this is something that can be easily abused. Anyone else with a similar background thriving on these long term? I am debating getting back on and starting to ā€œmicrodoseā€, thoughts?
ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, IBS and peptides
Hi, Anyone successfully improved their fatigue, fibro and IBS here? 😊 Any thoughts about low doses of Reta with a dysregulated nervous system?

I did a low dose cycle of Reta which honestly I feel like did wonders for my mental health and energy. As a girlie with GI issues though - be VERY careful, I kept my fibre up but I struggled with constipation after cycling off horribly. I am still dealing with it and a lot of my GI issues have flared up, now I will take at least 600mg of Mg Citrate to help "keep things moving"
What "order" would you prioritize these goals in?
I am new-ish to peptide "research" and I want to try it all haha! I did a round of BPC/TB post surgically last year and I think it helped a lot. I did a low dose Reta cycle a few months ago and it was AMAZING, I didn't have a ton of weight to loose so I had to be careful but it helped so much with the food noise. I also noticed that I had incredible energy and mental focus/clarity while on it. I did loose about 10lbs and sadly a lot of my butt :( I actively tracked macros to make sure I was getting enough protein and continued to weight train but I tend to hold my extra weight in my butt, thighs, and chest... I really wanted the thighs to go but alas they are persistent. Currently I am doing a KLOW cycle for skin health and anti-inflam (I have horrible GI problems - chronic constipation and struggle with SIBO) so far not noticing much but I am 10 days in. OK now for my question.... my goals are: - Skin health (thinking of following KLOW with just KVP/GHK-Cu) - Re-comp to get that booty back (I am thinking of trying ipomorelin for this as my "starter") - Longevity/repair (epitalon) - And mitocondrial health to get that energy back on track (NAD+) - Cycle off/on and or super low dose Reta as needed for food noise/leaning out when I feel a little "puffy" My diet is pretty on-point and I strength train 3x week. As we get into summer I will be doing more hiking/mountain biking than strength training so I dont know if the Ipomorelin would be best used at a different time. As I am new to all of this (and don't really want to be doing more than 1/2 needles a day). What "order" would you prioritize this in? Any suggestions that I have not thought of? I really want to know how my body reacts to each individual peptide so I am trying to keep things simple for now. I appreciate all of you ladies sharing your personal experiences :)

@Sabrina Serna thank you so much! That is great information. It is really hard not to jump in too fast. What protocol did you choose to follow for your Epitalon?

@Gigi Lavery Awesome thanks so much! I am looking forward to trying NAD. Did you do IPA on its own or just go straight into the blend? That was a big question mark for me… do I do one and then layer in to see how I react?
