Have only done one RASHA experience and it was uncomfortable at times, interesting to observe what came up and deeply shifting looking back. In the beginning was just fine calm, relaxed on the sofa with headphones and eye mask hearing it. Then at some point at about the middle my mind got busy & thoughts were arising that literally seemed to come from various ages & different past selves of my being some of which even had different tones or voices. Lots of these appeared to be aspects of my being that no longer served who I currently am and it felt that as I just compassionately, lovingly accepted each part, listening yet not getting drawn into it---it dissolved & was gone. This went on for a while then quietened down and i felt both rested, yet very clearly aware in a sort of pristine space near the end similar to that of deep meditation states. Afterwards I slept much deeper & more than usual.

I have done so much clearing, shifting inner work in last 3-6months it is hard to know exactly what was done by what process/tool yet it makes sense this has been a part of the dissolving of what no longer serves my highest timeline of being. Very Grateful! 💚🙏✨
