Hello! I was employed remotely until February when my department was laid off due to reduction in force. Before that, I was employed briefly with CVS Health/Aetna working remotely and I did AR at a local furniture company in their collections department. Honestly, I'm looking for non phone jobs like my last one where we posted payments working in the DMCS department at Maximus. I'm not comfortable working with the automatic dialer dealing with inbound/outbound calls, which is one reason I left Aetna. I'm more at ease working back-office jobs with little to no phones.
