I just completed my initial interview for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) position with a fintech company, and I'm gonna be moving on to the second and final round interview next week.

Quick update, I’ve got an interview today for an SDR role with a fintech company, and I’m looking forward to it. I've been landing interviews, I just need that one offer. My goal is to break into tech sales and land an SDR/BDR role before the end of the year.

I recently completed all three interview rounds for the Salesforce BDR role. While I wasn't selected to move forward, making it that far with a company like Salesforce gave me even more confidence in my abilities. The experience was invaluable. I learned a lot throughout the process and picked up tools, strategies, and insights that I'll carry into future interviews and opportunities.

Stay consistent with the outreach, interview prep, networking, and applications. I’ve landed a lot of interviews without paying for mentorships or expensive programs — just constant grind, grit, and staying persistent. I’ve even had offers for roles in other cities/states, but the timing just didn’t align. Your opportunity will come. Keep showing up.
