HOW TO SET YOUR PRICE (Without Underpricing)
Quick question for anyone selling a skill or service here — Are you pricing based on what feels "safe," or on what it actually costs your client to stay stuck without you? I ask because I made this mistake for months. Priced low because I was scared of hearing "no." Turns out low prices don't get you more yeses — they get you clients who never value the work. The shift: talk about their pain first. Let them feel the cost of doing nothing. THEN bring up your price — by then it feels small. Would love to hear how others here think about this. What's your pricing philosophy? Questions :- 1.any addons ? 1. 2. how you set price of your work ??

For me it is still fixed price
Build = ecommerce product listing
now I am back with continue building with n8n again!! Claude + N8N =💪🏻 Been building something I think will help people here: An automation that lists one product across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon at the same time — straight from a spreadsheet. The problem I kept seeing: sellers manually re-typing the same product into 3 different platforms, and prices/descriptions drifting out of sync between them. Here's the basic flow: 1. Add the product to a sheet 2. It validates the data automatically 3. It lists on all 3 platforms and retries if one fails Result: what used to be 3 manual listings is now 1 spreadsheet row. If you sell across multiple platforms and this would save you time, let me know — happy to share more details or answer questions 👇 Questions :- 1. any add-ons ? 2.what you are building??

Congratulations!
Hey guys, I'm new here and looking for accountability partners.
So I definitely believe that who you surround yourself with is who you become. That is a big reason I joined this community. I am looking for like-minded individuals who are motivated to grow and improve because that is who I want to be. I bought the $99 program that Nate put out and I've been going through it and it's been super good. It's been stuff I've kind of heard over the years, especially defining your goals and stuff. I've done it but it hasn't been in a clear structure like this so it's been very valuable to me. I built a mood board of what I want. I went to Walgreens like he said and I printed out some photos and put them on my wall so I can see what my vision is to keep me, I guess, driven even on the hard days. I am kind of thinking about picking the content creation niche. I don't know if I should be niching down even more specifically but I'm a content creator. I have a YouTube channel with 100,000 subscribers, a TikTok account with 100,000 followers, and I'm focused on speed cubing content creation. I've been focused in the last few weeks on how I can use Claude Code to automate my own workflow so I've been using it for my own problems because it's something I would pay for specifically. I know it's a big pain point; instead of paying for a video editor it's like paying for something to automate your workflow almost. I don't know what you guys think about the video editing niche, kind of thing, like if you guys think this is even a valid niche to try to do. Just looking for like-minded individuals who want to and would love feedback and tips. I would love to connect with a lot of guys.

@Jesse Gaskins Did you find a mate?
Built my first actual website for a client. (Kind of lol.)
Definitely a super big win for me. Let me know what you guys think. It was super cool to actually get this out on the internet and it feels like I actually built something and built confidence in my skills to deliver value to clients.
