This is not a call about rushing, fixing, or having it all figured out. It’s a call about arriving.About being in the room together.About beginning this year with intention, courage, and connection. Before Tuesday, I invite you to sit with a few questions. No need to journal unless you want to. No pressure to have perfect answers. Just notice what comes up. • What do I want this year to feel like, not just look like? • Where do I sense I need more support or steadiness? • What would momentum look like for me if I wasn’t comparing or rushing? On our call, we’ll create room to lean into these reflections together. Not alone. Not hurried. But supported, seen, and moving forward with intention. Take some time over the next week to write/type out a list of all the things, ideas, challenges, excitement, anything on your heart and in your mind! Once you have everything out on paper or typed on your phone… take a look and choose three things you’re most excited about (even if they are bringing up feelings of fear). Once you have three, give yourself a week to decide which ONE you will lean into. When you have this ONE thing, you will be able to give your time, energy, effort, and more to building this.
