Take some time over the next week to write/type out a list of all the things, ideas, challenges, excitement, anything on your heart and in your mind! Once you have everything out on paper or typed on your phone… take a look and choose three things you’re most excited about (even if they are bringing up feelings of fear). Once you have three, give yourself a week to decide which ONE you will lean into. When you have this ONE thing, you will be able to give your time, energy, effort, and more to building this. Maybe it’s a digital offer, maybe it’s spending more time with your family, maybe it’s taking time to move your body each day. Whatever your ONE thing is, please know it’s perfect for YOU!
