Dairy
What are you guys opinions on dairy on the carnivore diet? This is so polarizing normally I’m just curious what you guys think about it. I love dairy but it doesn’t love me back lol!

Is raw dairy (I use the raw farm brand) still inflammatory? I never know if I should cut that out and see if I feel any better with no dairy!
