@Jacqueline Jimenez I love that you love that- it's a metaphor, but I actually did suffer a 'break' 2.5 years ago and it changed so much for me.
Think About The Goal Of Your Book
A book isn’t just something you publish once and hope people buy. It’s a digital asset. I’ve used books to generate over $100K in passive income through Amazon, but that’s only one way to use them. A book can also elevate your business, increase your authority, and instantly boost your credibility. I’ve seen so many coaches do this well—using a low-cost book as a lead generator that naturally moves readers into higher-ticket offers, programs, or 1:1 work. The mistake I see most people make is jumping straight to “what should I write about?” without getting clear on why they’re publishing in the first place. When you know your goal and purpose, you can be strategic from the start: - Is this book meant to generate passive income? - Is it meant to attract ideal clients? - Is it meant to warm up leads before a higher-ticket offer? - Is it meant to position you as the expert in your niche? The goal you choose shapes everything—your topic, format, length, pricing, and how you market it. So before you think about chapters or titles, start here 👇What do you want a book to do for you?

Krista- I feel like maybe I'd like the goal of a first book just to establish that I'm self-published author that makes money would be a good start... I have a couple of ideas that I'm working on, but feel like I might need to choose something that I can just finish!!! *feeling a little stuck on the choosing the topic- you make it seems so easy :)
What if 2026 is the year you finally publish your book?
If writing a book has been on your mind for a while, this is your sign to set the goal now. Books don’t happen by accident—they happen when you decide and start building momentum. Start with Future Author Energy in the classroom to get clear on your book idea and stop overthinking. When you’re ready to turn that idea into a real, published book, the Book Challenge will help you put everything together. Yes, a book can be done in 7 days—but if life is busy, let’s aim for something realistic and powerful: your first book published in Q1 of 2026. I’m launching a brand new book in Q1 too, so we’ll be building and launching together. No perfection—just progress.

Do You Have an Audiobook?
Most of the books I’ve published also have an audiobook version. Why?Because most people don’t sit down to read anymore—they listen while driving, walking, cleaning, or working. Here’s something that surprised me:👉 The majority of my book income comes from audiobooks, even though the royalties per sale are technically lower. What I’ve learned: - Audiobooks scale differently - Every dollar I spend promoting my paperback or ebook also boosts audiobook sales - Audio buyers are a completely different type of consumer - Many self-published authors skip this format entirely That means less competition… and more opportunity. If you don’t have an audiobook yet, I’m curious 👇What’s holding you back? - Cost - Tech setup - Not sure your book would work in audio - Didn’t even consider it yet Drop it in the comments—chances are someone else here has the same question.

This guide will help you build daily habits that create real, lasting change by learning how to care for and love your body and mind in ways you can actually sustain. - needs polishing, but it's my start

@Krista Brea it's really good for real change- I'm very anti diet culture- and a lot of books and programs are still just diet culture in disguise... I think that there are other ways to look at things that are not chasing numbers as fast as we can... wish me luck- I want to change the world ;). or at least America!
