We go through life every day just living the day and not enjoying life. At the end of your life or on your deathbed, you surely would like to look back and say I enjoyed my life. It's interesting.❗ When I come in troubles , I reflected on my life, what I was doing and where I was going, how I wasted time on insignificant things and how I clung to things in the past that did not matter what I did with my life up until that point and most of it, I was happy with my choices and decisions. Although I made some big mistakes that impacted on my future. By reflecting and looking back over your past life, do you feel like you could be happier? Do you feel like you need some change? The idea behind this 30 day Happiness challenge is to help you and guide you to start living a happier life. Because you only get these hands once time passed is gone and you can never get it back. So why not spend it being happy? Enjoy this challenge and I would like to see you happy on the other side. Here's a breakdown of what to expect in this awesome 30 days of Happiness Challenge Day 1 welcome and why happiness is a choice you make every day . Day 2 make a commitment to cultivating happiness. Day 3 what makes you happy? Day 3 . What makes you Happy
Welcome back.Today is day three and we're going to take a look at what makes you Happy . In yesterday's lesson, we started talking about happiness and you started thinking about what makes you happy. It was part of our commitment to happiness. Today we're going to dig a little, go deeper. There are a lot of things that make us happy on a regular basis. Think about the simple little things that put a smile on your face. It could be a person, a thing, an experience, an action, a song. The list goes on and on. An easy way to increase our overall happiness and contentment is to simply do something that makes us happy every single day during this challenge... That's something you should work on to make it easier. For the remainder of this challenge, let's come up with a list of what makes us happy.This will obviously be different for each and every one of us. Let me give you a few items, some things to think about. Then I want you to grab a pen and a notebook or a piece of paper. Or if you prefer, open your laptop and start typing away. I want you to make a list of things that make you happy. Don't overthink this. Don't try to come up with an organized or categorized aggressive list. Instead, simply start brain storming and jot things down. Don't feel pressured to come up with everything all at once. Feel free to add to the list as time goes by and get in the habit of noticing things that make you happy and then adding them to the list through out this challenge and beyond. Let's start with the big ones that make us happy. What people in your life make you happy?What things that you own bring you joy? What activities and hobbies that you have bring you lots of happiness? Think big year and pick what has the biggest impact on your mood. This could also include things like what gestures or actions put a big smile on your face. Places are another great addition. Maybe you're happiest at the beach. Then think about the little things that make you happy. Maybe it's sipping that first cup of coffee in the morning, flower in your garden, or having five minutes to yourself from there. Just become more aware of what makes you happy or what brings a smile to your face. Stop , and take notice any time that happens. And keep adding to your list of things that make you happy. It will be a great resource to have throughout this challenge.

Likewise Danny and to all in the group. 😍This exercise is something I have ppractice since my 20s. I counter a challenging issue with ....in a good note ... As in the end, every day we are doing the best we know how with what we have at the moment.

Don’t worry about what others think of you… They don’t! They’re too busy worrying about what you think of them.” Rich DeVos It took me a long time to realize that the majority of fear is based on the possibilty of failure. The problem was never the fear itself, but what the fear made me feel. Imagined feelings that compounded the more I dwelled on them. If you have ever pondered for long on something you fear you know the effect it can have. It doesn't take long for the irrational feeling of dread to take control. The more time spent dwelling on the negative, the further in despair you become. How bad can it really be? What would happen if you spent as much time thinking positively about the obstacle. What if what made you fearful was really an opportunity to prove how powerful you are. Your fear is personal growth waiting to happen, you just need an attitude adjustment. With the proper thinking, fear is only a challenge. In fact it can lead you to personal development that leads to a greater happiness and well being. Keys to Conquering Fear 👉Do not avoid your fear- Take small incremental steps to overcome it. Every time you have to face fear put it in a positive light. How will facing this fear make you a stronger person? 👉Think of rational positive thinking strategies instead of negative programming. 👉Constantly look for ways to improve yourself 👉Cultivate an attitude of achievement in everything you do 👉Continue to move toward your goals at all times 👉Don’t resist your fear, instead relax with the motivation that you can overcome. When you come to this realization it will be a great day. Not only will you have overcome an unfounded feeling, but you will have accomplished another success. 😥 BITTER OR BETTER 😊
You have two choices . You can get BITTER by what life's throws at you , or you can use it to make yourself a better , stronger and successful person... Life is about choices and our power resides in how we choose to react to what happens to us. You can look at things as a burden or you can look at them as a gift. Here is something that I'm learned in last few years...Yes, even the most unwanted things possess in them a lesson. Every adversity has the seed for something great, but it is not easy at times to see things we deem negative as a gift. It requires you to dig for the purpose and seek the lesson out. It takes work to live in a place of purposeful mining. The next time you are confronted with a challenge ask yourself, “What is this trying to show me, to teach me about life or myself? Sometimes seeing the purpose of things doesn’t happen in the instance. Sometimes it takes for us to separate from the event to see its meaning. So, in the instances you can’t see any reason or purpose in what you are going through, say to yourself, “I don’t see the purpose yet. I don’t understand the plan, but I know there is something that will come out of this situation.” When you become a miner of lessons and purpose, you will overcome anything life throws at you, and you will not remain bitter and resentful in the process. You will be a WINNER... Try it! I wish you a GREAT start to another one fantastic weekend full of "gratitude and love" 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤❤❤
