The 90 day detox gave me a clear understanding of the proper food and herb combos for optimal health. 
Tiara takes time to answer specific questions related to your health goals and her support team is excellent! Imani, her assistant, checked in with us weekly to make sure we were in alignment and to address our concerns. And "O" gave us motivation and journal prompts daily to help keep us focused. 
Currently finishing up the medicine worker's course.  Excellent program so far.
