Phone Answering Service?
Des anyone have a good experience using an answering service for their office? If so, would you be willing to share your experience and their contact details? Our whole team will be attending a conference and I'd like to make sure someone will be answering the phones in our absence. Thank you!

@Dan VanDusen great question, Dan! We worked with the Ruby team on building a pretty clear script/flow chart to help direct their call accordingly and it helped. There were a few hiccups as some clients are a bit particular, but as whole they were very open to our feedback and partnership and we did our part in helping clients understand that this wouldn't take away from their service but just us continuing to grow accordingly.
