One of the most powerful shifts we can make is realizing that not everyone experiences the world the same way. Some of us naturally take action. Some seek peace and quiet. Some create and explore. Some bring order and stability. Some thrive through connection and community. Our animal companions are just as unique. When we stop expecting everyone to think, feel, or respond like we do, frustration often gives way to understanding—and relationships become much easier. Its amazing how life ebs and flows. Some things float away from our lives like waves upon the beach. I recognise that as I learn and forget my dog Aura flows along with me. As we borh live each and every day in deep connection we move through lifes changes together. I love Aura dearly as dearly as I know she loves me. We have been through every change in life together. We have danced the dance of death and rebirth together. She connected to me as I am to her. A chord of everlasting love.

I love both dragonflies and hummingbirds... but i had an amazing experience with a dragonfly at the hot springs. I saw something spiraling down into the water... I got in and gently lifted it up from the water. It was a beautiful iridescent dragonfly. It sat and rested on my hand while it dried off. I noticed it was missing tip of one wing. We sat together on the edge of the water while it rested. Then it stretched it's wings... attempted to fly... went only a few feet away and then gently returned to my hand. We sat in quiet conversation for a while longer, no rush, no expectation... Then when it was ready, it managed to fly away. I have incorporated it into my art logo and branding.
