Reflect: Embody Confidence
Which of the confidence pillars feels strongest for you right now? Which one do you want to strengthen next — and what’s one concrete action you can take this week to do it?

I feel strongest in "Knowing Your Specialty" and would like to work on "Leaning on Process". After finishing an interview cycle, I feel a bit burnt out and unmotivated. I'd like to work on getting back on track and not relying on my emotions but rather having systems back in place so that I can get back to this natural interview cycle and get more interviews lined up for me to practice and building up confidence.
Reflect: Meet One Goal at a Time
Take a minute, reflect, and decide which single goal you’re optimizing for during this process: pay, location, lack of competition, or ease of interview. Write out what decisions you’ll make in your job search that reflect that priority. Keep it short and clear (2–3 bullet points).

I was in between pay and location. I'm currently employed but don't like my current company and would like to move into a fortune500 company that has competitive pay. Therefore I'm willing to have a slower interview process if it means being able to target more competitive companies.
Reflect: Find Your Affinities
Find and join one WhatsApp tech affinity group that connects with your background or goals. Share which one you joined — include a short note about what drew you to it or why it is relevant to you.

I joined two groups (Women in Tech and Tech Ladies). Once I'm approved, I will join slack channels to start connecting.

@Sam Wilson Wondering how this meetup went! Are you based in OC (Orange County)?
Reflect: Specialize
Write down 3–5 things that describe how you create value — not technologies, but traits or patterns of impact. “The themes that define my specialization are ___.” It doesn’t have to be perfect — this is about clarity, not branding.

My specializations revolve around: - I never get tired of debugging. I love the feeling of having a problem, and figuring out what is causing the issue and then being able to find a solution for that. - Detail-oriented and organized. I'm a huge structure person, so being able to organize different problems are issues into smaller subsections and breaking down bigger issues into smaller, more manageable issues. - I love to be collaborative and working with others. I really don't like being stuck on problems for long periods of times, so I view working with others as a fun opportunity to find alternative solutions

@Mohib Khan I love point number 2, making things easier for others is always a plus
Reflect: Sell Your Results
Take a few minutes to reflect on your experiences from a results perspective. Build off of “One example of a result my work has created is ___.” Don’t worry about making it perfect — just start connecting your code to outcomes.

One example of a result my work has created was modernizing the legacy codebase from relying on Enterprise Java Beans to using REST API calls to a government API enhancing data retrieval efficiency by 20%.
