Hello all, I need to vent and ask for help. Last night I let a person get me out of character. Normally I will not allow people to get to me I refuse to feed them my energy. But last night I felt purposely targeted which led me to getting out of character. The bad part is I couldn’t sleep all night, I couldn’t get the event out of my head no matter how hard I tried. Does anyone have some advice for me? How can I move on from this. Usually I can breath and let it go but that isn’t working.
