How would you promote a project in its final Kickstarter days?
Dear Creators! I’m in the final stretch of a big project I’ve been working on for over 5 years, The Colorful Being! It’s a children’s book we just launched on Kickstarter, blending traditional painting, plein air studies, and digital craft. To promote it, I made a long-form YouTube video sharing the story and creative process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vf9s92L8Xrc I also experimented with shorts for YouTube, IG, TikTok, and Facebook: https://youtube.com/shorts/P2D_QBLRaPg?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/VRsXHVMrf5A?feature=share And tried out some carousel posts to see if they work better as scroll stoppers on social: https://www.instagram.com/p/DN7zInZjPFr/?img_index=1 https://www.instagram.com/p/DN0RIKPWMPQ/?img_index=1 Here’s the Kickstarter with the other visuals and details: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/thecolorfulbeing/the-colorful-being-a-story-of-learning-from-other-cultures Since we only have a few days left, I’d love your feedback: – What do you think makes a video or short really grab attention in the last stretch of a campaign? – Have you found any promotion tactics that worked especially well for your own launches? Thanks a lot for your support and insights, Tamas

We did it! The project is officially funded!!!! Every pledge and every share helped us get here. It’s been 5 years of painting, plein air studies, and digital craft, and now The Colorful Being is becoming real! Thank you for believing in this journey! 💛
⚡ Social Growth Skool - July Momentum Challenge ⚡
Because waiting for motivation isn’t a strategy… small DAILY actions are. Starting July, 2, we’re locking in 7 Days of Simple, Powerful Actions to get your social presence — and your business — moving again. This isn’t about overthinking or overcomplicating. It’s about building daily momentum, boosting confidence, and showing up consistently (even if you’ve been stuck). Here’s how it works: ✔ I’ll post ONE simple action step in the group every morning. ✔ You’ll have 24 hours to complete it — most can be done in 10 minutes or less. ✔ After you complete it, comment “DONE” under that day’s post. ✔ Every “DONE” is an entry into a Momentum Prize Drawing at the end of the challenge. Why join? ✅ You’ll rebuild your consistency muscle. ✅ You’ll grow your audience and conversations naturally. ✅ You’ll reconnect with this community. ✅ You’ll build belief that YES, this can be simple and effective. ✅ You might even win a prize… because why not? 🎉 Ready to go? 👊 Comment “I’m IN!” below so I know who’s rolling with me. 💡 Watch for Day 1 to drop on July 2. Let’s make July the month you stop overthinking and start MOVING. Because momentum is built… not found.

Thank you for sharing @Angel Fletcher 🙂
Why I Stepped Away (and What Came from It)
I wanted to share something that comes straight from the heart. After spending years in the creative industry, I took a step back. A sabbatical. No content, no big announcements, just space to reflect and reconnect with why I create. In this new video, I open up about that journey, what changed in my process, and how it shaped my new direction: building a slower, more mindful creative space called the Modern Artists Club. It is not always easy to come back from that kind of silence… but I felt this story needed to be shared. If you have a few minutes, I would love your honest feedback. Does the message land? Does it feel clear and authentic? Anything you would improve or highlight more? Thank you in advance. Your perspective truly helps as I shape the next steps. Tamas

🎥 Streamlining Your Workflow for Consistent YouTube / Shorts Uploads 🚀
Hey creators! 👋 I’ve been diving deeper into optimizing my YouTube content creation workflow, and I wanted to share some tools and strategies I’ve been using—and ask for your advice too! Currently, I’m editing with Premiere Pro, which feels second nature after 15 years as a digital artist. However, I’ve been curious about DaVinci Resolve - any thoughts on making the switch? One game-changer for me has been building a personal B-roll library. I call it my "100 Short Reel" folder. It’s packed with 5-second clips I’ve pre-cut and cropped for easy access. It’s been a massive time-saver when I need visuals on the fly. 📂✨ (The idea came from the Canva template I got from the one and only @Angel Fletcher , where I've found a bunch of 7-10sec clips on the timeline with a unique call-to-action text - I wanna build something like that - but Canva only allows max 100MB video uploads) I’m also exploring tools like Invideo (there are a bunch of similar platforms) for quick, high-quality templates that can speed up content production. - But I feel my Art Niche might not need that Fancy MR Beast style text and emojis... Has anyone here tried it or something comparable? So, I’m curious: - What tools or systems do you swear by for editing? - Any tips for making the transition to DaVinci Resolve smoother (if it’s worth it)? - What’s been your experience with building a personal B-roll library? Let’s swap tips and workflows—always excited to learn from this amazing community! 🌟
