Merry Christmas!
I hope you are taking the time to enjoy your loved ones and all that you have been blessed with this Christmas season. Gratitude is a powerful tool for overcoming emotional turmoil. It has also been known to take away physical pain! As you gather with loved ones and exchange gifts, I hope you take the time to list out either on paper or spoken out loud all the things you are grateful for this year. Count your blessings and notice the peace that will enter your heart, calm your nerves, and improve your perspective. I am very grateful for all of you in this community, and for the wonderful support and contributions you make. I am eternally thankful for my family and the opportunity to be the mother of so many blessed souls. I am grateful for my spouse and how hard he works to support our growing family. He is my hero. I am thankful for my life, that I get to live it the way I want to, I feel so blessed to live in this country at this time in history. I am thankful for modern technology that makes it possible for me to get to know all of you who live all over the world, and without it I would never have "met" you. I am thankful for the dark times, the problems, the setbacks, the hard lessons that have taught me so much. The dark patches in life make the light ones all the more bright and beautiful. And I am thankful for my Savior Jesus Christ who has made it possible to recover from those dark times. He who shines the light back on my life. He who heals, restores, forgives, guides and protects me. And for those of you who may not be Christian, I hope you can take the time to find joy and gratitude during this season too. The same principles apply no matter what you believe. All my love and best wishes for you and yours! - Lea Ann

Inspiration for all You Hard Workers!!!
Starting a business as a young mom with young kids has been anything but easy. Beyond the practical challenges—like never having enough hours in the day—my biggest struggle has been making sure my energy is focused on the right things. I constantly worry about whether my priorities are in line and whether building a business might take away from my number one priority—my family. And honestly? Sometimes the boundaries do get blurred. Sometimes I feel insecure, wondering if I’m giving enough time to my family. But every now and then, I get these little reminders—silent messages from God—that I’m doing okay. Recently, during our family tradition of sharing what we’re thankful to God for, my 4-year-old said, “I thank God for my mommy.” It was the sweetest thing—and in that moment, it felt like a little hug from God saying, “Tamar, you’re doing a beautiful job. Keep going.” I don’t always get to hear those affirmations. More often, it’s the complaints—“Mommy, you forgot this,” or “Mommy, I don’t like that.” But moments like this one? They remind me to keep pushing forward. So if you’re reading this and feel torn between chasing your dreams and showing up for your family, I want to remind you to look for those messages. They’re there—little gifts of encouragement to remind you that you’re exactly where you need to be. So, when the lines get blurred this is your reminder: You’ve got this. Keep going💪🚀
Weekly Wins!!
It is an important part of training the subconscious mind to be an action taker. One way you can help your mind solidify the identity of an action taker is to recognize, write down, and vocalize your wins!! This gives the subconscious mind evidence of the new identity you are trying to create since that part of your mind is very evidence-based driven. So share your WINS for the week!! 💪🏻
