@Caroline Lambert if you’re at a stall, there are many things to try without having to switch to Reta. Try increasing your calories for a week or two (refeed), increase your steps, record and weigh your food to be sure you’re tracking right, make sure your not eating too many processed foods, increase protein and lastly LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS. Muscle is metabolic tissue and burns more fat.
