Professionally in 2026 I will serve 40 families by selling 40 homes. And my agents will serve 20 families by selling 20 homes each. In doing so we will also achieve being able to give back to our community in an even bigger and better way through our outreaches and donations. I also will complete writing a book on leadership and how my personal life experiences shaped me. Personally I will achieve my goals in paying debt off and investing properly . And gain time back to spend more time with my family. Steps I will take to make this all Happen 1) I will focus on my sphere and being more top of mind. 2) I will fine tune and start using and implementing the tools I’ve been given and started to build this year like crms, AIs, websites, etc. And hold me and my team accountable to use them daily. 3) I will create space and time for myself to write. And allow myself to see I do have something to share and bring to the table.

In order to succeed you have to be constantly learning and evolving. I believe you always need someone who is doing leaps and bounds better than you are so you can continue to level up and do better. And serve your community better as a whole. A mentor is key in that.
