Have You Taken The 72 Hour Challenge
Hey Baddie 👑 I want to welcome all the new members. I’m excited to take this journey with you. If you haven’t taken the 72 Hour Identity Shift Challenge, I’ll link it here again. It’s really important to know where you want to go so you can understand how to get there. If you don’t know the final destination, you’ll drive around lost, take wrong turns, circle the block, then hit a dead end… and that’s usually the moment you give up. So let’s figure out where we want to go first, then reverse engineer the journey. After you take the challenge, come back to this post and let me know what came up for you. This challenge can feel very emotional for some women, and it’s designed to give you clarity on who you’re becoming. If you already took the challenge, let me know what shifted for you in the comments. Until next time 💋

I need to finish 2 questions. I don’t have it with me.
Throwing something on is costing you more than you think ✦
Hey Baddie 👑 Let’s be honest—“throwing something on” is not as innocent as you think it is. It feels small. Like you’re just in a rush, not in the mood, or don’t feel like thinking. But what you’re actually doing in that moment is defaulting to how you feel instead of deciding how you want to be perceived. And that’s where it starts to cost you. This is what I mean when I talk about dressing from the mirror vs the window. The mirror says: “I’m tired, I’m off, I don’t feel like it today”—so you dress down into that version of yourself. The window says: “Where am I going, who am I becoming, and how do I need to be received?”—and you dress for that. Be real… a lot of you are dressing from the mirror and then confused why you’re not being seen the way you want. When you “throw something on,” your presence becomes inconsistent. One day you look powerful, the next day you disappear. And people aren’t sitting there analyzing it—they just feel it. When your image isn’t clear, your identity doesn’t land. And when your identity doesn’t land, you get underestimated. Every time. The women who are seen, respected, and paid at higher levels? They’re not leaving that up to chance. Even their casual is intentional. Even their “I didn’t try” still communicates something aligned. So no… we’re not doing “I just threw this on” anymore. Pause and decide. Who are you showing up as today? And what does she wear—without hesitation? Affirmation ✦ I don’t dress for my mood. I dress for my power. My presence is intentional, consistent, and impossible to overlook. Tell where are you still dressing from the mirror instead of the window?

Some days it is a hit or miss for me. I realize I need to hit every day even when I work from home or working out.
