💜 Weekly Prayer Focus: From Complaining to Praise
Last week, we prayed for renewed strength to keep going. This week, we’re focusing on shifting from complaining to praise. When the opportunity to complain comes up, let’s be intentional about turning those moments into praise. As you move through your week: ∙ 💜 Praise God daily 💛 Invite Him into your day 💜 When complaining rises up, turn it into praise 📖 Scripture Focus: Philippians 2:14 (AMP): Do everything without murmuring or questioning [the providence of God] Psalm 150:6 (AMP): Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the LORD! Praise the LORD! (Hallelujah!) 🙏 Prayer Focus: Heavenly Father, help me to walk throughout this week without complaining. When I feel the urge to complain, help me to shift and give You praise instead for who You are and for what You are doing. In Jesus Name, Amen. 💜 Drop any prayer requests below—I’d love to pray with you.

This is right on time!! I just made the decision this past weekend to be more positive and reflective instead of complaining
🙏 A Prayer Over the Teaching With Jesus Community
Welcome to the Teaching With Jesus Community. As teachers join this space, we pause to pray over every member, asking God to guide, strengthen, and encourage us as we teach with Jesus at the center. Heavenly Father, We thank You for every member of the Teaching With Jesus community. Thank You for bringing each teacher here at the right time in their journey. We pray that they are encouraged, strengthened, and receive wisdom for their teaching journey. Help them not grow weary in doing what You have called them to do in this season. Even in the midst of challenging moments or difficult seasons, help them trust that You are with them and that You will guide them in the right direction. Teach them to release control and surrender their classrooms and every area of their lives to You, knowing that You are all-knowing, all-wise, and always have our best interest at heart. Lord, we thank You for sustaining us, comforting us, counseling us, advocating for us, interceding for us, and being our standby, our waymaker, and so much more. As a community, we link arms in prayer. We commit to encouraging one another, praying for one another, and building one another up. May this be a movement of praying teachers—teachers who pray for one another, for their students, for their schools, and for the classrooms You have entrusted to them. Help us rejoice always, remain persistent in prayer, and give thanks in every situation, just as Your Word instructs us. May we continue to encourage and build one another up as we walk out our calling to teach with You at the center. In Jesus Name, Amen. If you’re new here, feel free to introduce yourself in the Introduce Yourself post so we can begin praying for you. 💜

💜 Weekly Prayer Focus: Allowing God’s Word to Sustain Us
As we step into March, let’s allow God’s Word, peace, strength, and wisdom to be with us throughout this month. One thing my pastor shared today — not word for word, but the heart of it — is that when challenges come, we know too much to fall apart, even when things aren’t going our way. Because of that, I want to encourage you to stay rooted, stay grounded in God’s Word, and allow Him to sustain you. 🙏 Prayer Focus: God, we thank You for being with us as we step into this new month. Thank You for sustaining us, keeping us, and strengthening us each and every day. Help us remain rooted in You and led by Your peace. 📖 Scripture: Isaiah 46:4 (NIV) Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you. Let’s continue to allow God to lead and guide us daily. 💜

Teacher Wins & Testimonies
We made it through another week. 🙌🏽 What’s one win from your classroom or life this week — big or small? Nothing is too small to celebrate. Let’s thank God together. 💜

@DToya Dove I love that! Teacher Resilience sometimes becomes one of those buzz words for hype and pile on of mess.

My win this week the Lord showing me how to better advocate for myself in the face of people who push boundaries for their own agendas I’ve also been able to put language to and make some pretty good steps to some projects I’ve been working on for a while but kept getting stalled or stopped.
💜 January Focus — Walking in Alignment
As we step into January, this month isn’t about rushing into change or trying to fix everything all at once. It’s about alignment. God is inviting us to walk closely with Him not just in our classrooms, but in every area of our lives. Alignment begins with trust and continues as we pause, listen, and allow God to guide our steps day by day. This month, our focus is on stirring ourselves up spiritually so we’re not pouring from exhaustion, but from overflow of God’s Word, His peace, and His wisdom. As you move through January, I encourage you to: • Make space for prayer and worship • Spend time in God’s Word • Listen with the intent to obey • Invite God into your daily decisions Note: Our monthly Pause + Pray Call has been moved to next Sunday. I’ll share more details soon. Let’s treat this month not as a one-time reset, but as the beginning of a rhythm of walking in alignment with God’s direction.
