Mapping advice ❤️
Hi guys, I’m new to this group and have found it super helpful already. One thing I really struggle with is my mapping, it can still take me an hour to get the shape right and I struggle with losing my mapping halfway through to but after watching the videos on here I feel much more confident and have picked up some great tips. I’d just like a little advice on this mature Clients brows please - I’ve had a play on the Phi App but still feel a little nervous about this one!

Hey @Kirsten Powell I totally hear you, mapping can be one of the most challenging parts, especially with mature clients. Just curious what mapping tools are you currently using? String Template Divider I know you mentioned the Phi App, which can be helpful to check symmetry not to determine the shape I’d really recommend trying the Symmetry option in the Phiapp ( Picture is attached) It’s a bit more precise for facial balance and can make a big difference, especially when one side tends to shift during the procedure. And for mature clients, one thing I always remind myself is: the shape should follow their natural facial structure, not their age. Look at their bone structure, brow muscle movement, and skin positioning. Enhancing what’s already there (rather than adjusting based on age) usually gives the most flattering and natural results. As for loosing the shape during the procedure you can use the purple marker add dots on the shape line lightly that will help you keep the shape even if the pencil drawing erases I hope this is helpful 😊 You’re doing great, it’s totally normal to feel nervous, but it sounds like you’re on the right track! 💜
