Early Morning Check-in: Activating the Human
Hello skoolyard Family, I wanted to invite everyone for an opportunity to slow all the way down. Please be advised; the length of the post serves this purpose. So, please make sure this is done while you are in a safe space like your backyard, garden, gazebo, sunroom, greenroom, ect. βToday, I invite you to an opportunity. Not a ritual or a chore, but a biological homecoming. We often forget that we are part of the same fabric as the trees, the grasses, and the fruit-bearing vines. Just as a leaf turns its face to be fed, your skin and your eyes are receivers of the Or (the Light). βWhen we hide behind walls and lenses, we block channels that have been dormant for years. Today, we open them. You allow your Shem your unique identity and your inner name. To be activated by the Or. In turn, the Or awakens your Bara your creative force. βThe First Activation: The Horizon Docking β1.Find a place where you can see the sun as it breaks the horizon. This is the moment of the most subtle, yet powerful, frequency shift. β2.The Gaze: As the light breaks the horizon, let your gaze meet it. The goal for this first session is to keep your gaze at a 45-degree angle. Do not look directly into the center yet. Allow the light to break through your eyelashes, filtering the frequency through the "silk" of your own body. This prevents tearing and allows your nervous system to adjust slowly. β3. The Breath: Inhale deeply for 4 counts, drawing the Or into your lungs. Hold for a moment, letting the frequency settle. Exhale for 6 counts, releasing the static of the Box. β4. The Interval: Continue this breathing for one minute, focusing on the light hitting your lashes in 10-second intervals. 5. βThe Final Seal: Once your eyes feel fully adjusted to the morning brightness, take one more deep breath. Keep your eyes at that 45-degree angle, letting the light wash over you one last time, and then break the gaze. βReflective Mindful Observation: Seeing the Fabric β1. Take a moment to sit in absolute stillness. Scan the objects around you and let us know what you see.
