Inspiring quote
I came across this quote from a YouTube comment and it really spoke to me. I don't know the author. "Be wary of thoughts, because it's purely reactionary, and follows the body. I practiced this in my day-to-day life today and it helped stay more present to the people around me. There was one point when I was the most present in the room and my dad and brother were both on their mobile phones and I had no-one to talk to lol 🤣. I hope this quote can give someone else relief too.

If you are like most people I work with, you've likely spent years trying to tame your overactive mind through self-help, therapy or working on yourself. You've tried to quiet it, improve it, control it… only to find, years later, that the mind is still as busy as ever. Click the 'Classroom' tab above to unlock two free resources which offer a completely different approach to making peace with an overactive mind. Start by watching the one-hour Masterclass '5 Simple Ways to Instantly Make Peace with a Troubled Mind'. This explains clearly why trying to fix the mind only makes it stronger... and what to do instead. Dip into my book 'Kick the Thinking habit' which offers step-by-step guidance from inner turmoil to inner peace. Then post all of your comments, questions and lightbulb moments on the community page. I'll be there every day personally responding. The peace you're looking for is much closer than you think. My goal is to help you realise that. If you'd like deeper support, my private community Freedom from the Mind offers a clear step-by-step pathway to inner freedom... with weekly live calls and ongoing personal support.

Hi Richard, I have read the book and your YouTube video but unfortunately it hasn’t changed anything. I feel really stuck and hopeless. What do you suggest? I have constant nonstop thinking. Thank you.
Welcome!
A warm welcome to the group. First, we'd love to hear a little bit about you. Where you're from. What your biggest challenge with the mind is. What outcome you'd like to get from being part of the group. Reply below.

Hello, I'm Tahira from the UK. I have been a chronic overthinker since my 20's for the last 30 years. I'm very tired of the overthinking mind and would like to learn some tools to help me.

I have been a seeker of truth for over 25 years. I have been held back from a lot of things in life due to constant overthinking. Looking for help.
