Price reductions are apart of the game. Had a repeat buyer lined up at $135k. Had the deal tied up a little high and the ACQ team came in and got it done 😤😤😤

@Timmy Le to be specific a contingency clause where if say I couldn’t find a buyer or something went wrong / if buyer was unsatisfied for any reason I could just back out of the deal ?
