I can’t begin to describe how many times I got on my knees and prayed, kicked things, and cried out of frustration, and I’m not ashamed to admit it because I knew I had to make this happen. I had people depending on me, and failure was never an option. It took months of long hours, early mornings, late nights, weekends, constant learning, and thousands of repetitive questions until this business was practically tattooed into my brain. I didn’t want to celebrate because every time I got a property under contract, the deal seemed to fall through for one reason or another. After 9 years in trucking, I sold my truck and went all in on wholesaling in April. In July, I closed my first deal. To anyone reading this, it’s possible, keep going. It’s hard, but don’t quit.
