New video: Hermes Agent Explained
Most AI tools wait for you to ask a question. Hermes Agent doesn't wait, it plans and works through multi-step tasks on its own while you're doing something else, even asleep. I put together a walkthrough of what it actually does, how it plans and executes tasks without you prompting each step, and why RTOs and busy professionals are using it to claw back hours every week. Watch it here: https://youtu.be/3hKjO-5RJ90 If you've tried an AI agent tool already, what's the one task you'd hand off first?

Nice
The 2 minute AI habit that's saving trainers real time
Small tip, big payoff. Before you close your laptop each day, paste your rough notes, half-finished emails or messy meeting notes into ChatGPT and ask it to "tidy this up and turn it into a clear summary." Takes two minutes. Means you start tomorrow with clean notes instead of a wall of text you have to decode later. Try it this week and let us know if it sticks.

@Youssef Abdelhamid Great tip! I find AI really useful for organising my training notes, summarising meetings and drafting emails. It saves time and helps me start the next day more organised. I always review the output for accuracy and remove any confidential information before using AI.
New video: The AI literacy gap is growing, are you keeping up?
New short on something worth sitting with: the gap between people using AI well and people who haven't started is widening fast, and it's not about age or tech skills. For anyone in RTOs and vocational education, this matters. Our learners will be walking into workplaces that already expect AI literacy. Watch it here: https://youtube.com/shorts/uRUj943nBdk Where do you think most trainers sit on this gap right now? Ahead, behind, or just getting started?

I think most trainers are still getting started with AI. Some are already using it confidently, while others need more training and support. Building AI literacy is essential to prepare both trainers and learners for the changing workplace.
AI Fundamentals Lesson 4 in 4 slides: How Machines Learn from Data
A machine learning model is only as good as the data it learns from. Here is a quick visual summary of Lesson 4. Swipe through the 4 images. Try this: pick one dataset at work and ask: is it accurate, relevant, varied and balanced? Think of one dataset at your work. Would it pass the 5 data quality checks? Which one would it fail? Tell us in the comments 👇 Want the full lesson? It is in the Classroom: AI Fundamentals, Lesson 4. https://www.skool.com/berry-salem-4828/classroom/02f87d2b

One dataset I use at work is student assessment results and feedback. It generally meets the checks for accuracy, relevance and completeness. However, it may fail the balance and representativeness check, as learners have different backgrounds, learning needs and levels of experience. If the data does not represent all learner groups fairly, AI could produce biased or misleading results. Regular data reviews and human oversight are essential.
Ask a better community question in four lines
Need help with a task? Try this simple question format: 1. I am trying to… 2. I have already tried… 3. The part I am unsure about is… 4. A useful answer would help me… Use a fictional example or a short, approved excerpt. Remove names and confidential details before posting. Example: “I am planning a short workshop. My draft opening is too long. How can I make the instructions easier to follow? A useful answer would give me two shorter alternatives.” What question would help you take your next step?

- I am trying to make my online training sessions more interactive and engaging. - I have already tried using breakout rooms, group discussions and short activities. - The part I am unsure about is how to balance teaching time with learner participation. - A useful answer would help me identify practical activities that encourage engagement while meeting the session learning outcomes.
