Mewing Is Cope Without Good Posture
Without good posture your not going to get nearly as much tongue pressure on the pallet as you need This is because when your head is cranialey extend your tounge doesn’t have the same leverage for the force of mewing as it does when your head is in neutral tilt

@Ardn A good posture is not forcing your head back you need the mobility of your thorastic spine and intra abdominal pressure to set your head/neck into a good position!

strength training
I think everyone should do only strength training until they reach a certain point and only after that start training for size. Example: You should be able to bench and squat your body weight (or more for squat) and deadlift 2 time that at the bare minimum. Gotta be able to rotate in all planes of motion too but I don't have specific numbers for this. Then you get the pass to bodybuild. This creates a community of men who can actually be useful and fight for something, not just posers. Thoughts?
