Hey everyone, I just discovered that Vapi isn't DPF certified, essentially leading to that if we use VAPI for any of our EU clients that could create some legal issues. Do you know if VAPI is looking at getting DPF (I saw the request from people for VAPI do this but haven't actually seen any comments from VAPI on this) or if there is anything we can do to use VAPI without any issues? How are you guys addressing this issue with your EU based clients?

I'm trying to set up a simple AI appointment setter that is connected to GHL calendar. I started with Synthflow and it was going really well until I realized that the appointment, which are being scheduled are messed up. For some reason when I schedule a call with my agent that is connected to GHL calendar, its completely messing up the booking by not passing the name, email or phone number to the calendar. Which results in call being scheduled but without any caller information. The agent does take the caller information (name, surname, email and phone number), so that data is being stored. The calendar is set up correctly as you can schedule the call manually. I've attached a photo of what the name looks like in GHL after the call is scheduled (all of the bookings that come from the AI agent are like that). I tried contacting Synthflow but honestly their support system is not good at all. Following the issues with Synthflow I tried to set up an Agent in Vapi, which is harder to do, so I followed a number of YT tutorials, but that still doesn't fully work. Any help from anyone will be much appreciated.
