One of the biggest mistakes you can make when planning a collaborative event? 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗙𝗙. The website. The graphics. The emails. The tech. The contributors. The schedule. And suddenly you've got 47 tabs open and haven't even figured out what the damn event is supposed to accomplish. 😂 Before any of that, I want you to answer TWO questions: 𝟭️⃣ 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱? Not just "more subscribers." What kind of people? What are they interested in? What problem are they trying to solve? 𝟮️⃣ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵? Grow your email list? Introduce people to your business? Build relationships with potential collaborators? Bring new people into your community? 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧. Because they influence everything that comes next: your theme, event format, contributors, promotion and even what you offer afterward. And this doesn't only apply to hosting! If you're applying to someone else's summit or bundle, ask yourself the same questions. Is this putting me in front of the RIGHT people, and does it support what I'm actually trying to grow? More visibility is lovely. Visibility with the right audience is the goal. 💗 So tell me... 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄? 👇
