🌟Before we Vision Board & Plan: A tool to help, because I know reflection can be tough for some
Happy New Year! 🎉 One thing I'm really focusing on this year is being more intentional about connection and sharing things that have actually helped me, not just consuming and keeping it to myself. So with the Vision Board Party and Planning Challenge starting tomorrow, I wanted to share something I've been working on myself over the past couple days as I prep for Evelyn's challenge. I know Evelyn believes in the value of reflection. It shows up in how she runs her memberships, trainings, and challenges. But I also know that in the moment, reflection can feel really hard to actually do. Especially when your brain is fried and you just want to skip to the planning part. Here's what I've noticed (in myself, my therapy clients, and my own community members): When you skip reflection and go straight to goal-setting, you end up setting goals based on who you think you should be. Not based on what actually happened last year. Not based on what drained you, what patterns kept showing up, what you're done carrying. By February, those goals feel like they belong to someone else. Because they kind of do. And reflection is hard for overwhelmed brains. You can't remember because you've been in survival mode. Slowing down feels dangerous. Looking back means feeling things you've been avoiding. And most reflection prompts are either too vague or too overwhelming, so you stare at a blank page and close the journal. That's why I made this tool (that I really needed too!) The Clarity Kickstart walks you through 2025 month by month and category by category so your brain can actually recall what happened before you try to plan what's next. It also includes an AI prompt you can copy and paste into ChatGPT or Claude to have it walk you through the reflection one question at a time. (Game changer if you hate staring at blank pages.) It's free. No opt-in. Just a Google Doc. [MAKE YOUR COPY HERE OF THE CLARITY KICKSTART TOOL]

Thank you @Joyce Agne I love to take time to reflect but it is true it can feel hard when the brain is tired… will try with your tool.
