Welcome to The Energy Blueprint We are so glad you are here. Before anything else, know this: 🤯 This is more than a community. It's a reframe. Most people believe they need a better diet, better supplements, or better labs. But healing doesn’t come from more information. It comes from new rhythms. New daily inputs. Hello 🤗 My name is Sylvia. My husband and I have been married for 35 years. We have 4 adult children. I have 2 Huskies.I got a RA diagnosis in 1992, Sjogren in 95, 2004 Diabetes, 2010 started having panic attacks. Food sensitivity. Rush to the ER to get a EpiPen. Fibromyalgia 2012, Ankylosis Spondylitis 2017. I'm not on any pharmaceutical meds. I've been fired from 2 Rheumatologist (lol). I was considered non compliant. After all these years it's just not working. So I was handling it okay till Menopause hit. It changed the game big time. I had a fall and fractured my left arm and dislocated it. . So I'm looking for guidance help. Thank you for the add. I truly appreciate it. 😁
