I am about 1670 last time I checked on Lichess classical. But I forgot how to play overnight (a phenomenon) and have been playing like a 600 or lower in casual games ever since the start of January. I am typically a deer in headlights and lost after about 3 moves. I find myself frequently angry and typically resigning after a blunder which is usually within the first several moves of the game. Then I get mad feeling like I wasted my time even playing. Of course, my opponents whether 1700 or 500 typically never blunder and play like Grandmasters. So, there is no point in fighting back after a major blunder. Just resign and move on.
