ā° Wake-up & Sleep Slept at: 12:30 AM Woke up at: 8:00 AM - 8:00 - 8:40 AM ā Kapre press kiye, breakfast kiya, office ke liye ready hua - 8:40 - 9:10 AM ā Office travelling - 9:20 AM - 6:00 PM ā Office - 6:00 - 7:00 PM ā Office se ghar travelling - 7:00 - 7:15 PM ā Medicine li aur ghar aya - 7:15 - 8:30 PM ā Maghrib padhi, thora rest kiya, gym ke liye ready hua - 8:30 - 9:30 PM ā Gym gaya (light na hone ki wajah se sirf 30 mins workout hua) + Bhai ke birthday ka cake kharidne gaya - 9:30 - 10:30 PM ā Ghar wapas aya, shower liya, dinner kiya, cake kata, phir doston ke sath bahar gaya - 10:30 PM - 12:00 AM ā Doston ke sath chai hotel par betha, Isha ki namaz padhi, phir sleep ke liye gaya š§ Learning (Aaj kya seekha) - Time management aur busy routine ke bawajood important cheezon ko manage karna - Gym consistency maintain rakhni chahiye chahe workout short hi ho ā
