Hi. I am Svajone, my health goals at the moment are to support my back injury recovery and demands of dancing on the body with a routine for good nutrition and cross-training while supporting my hormonal health as well. Also, to maintain lean muscle mass and develop habits that work for me to stay in shape for the performances long-term.
