(or: How to Spot the BS You Didn’t Know Was Controlling You) You are NOT your thoughts. You are NOT your emotions. You are NOT your memories. You are the temple that observes all of it. WHAT IS “PROGRAMMING”? - Thought loops you didn’t install - Belief systems inherited, not chosen - Emotional reactions trained by trauma - Identity blueprints shaped by family, school, media, religion Programming is the operating system running in the background that decides what you think you want before you even choose it. 2. SIGNS YOU’RE STILL RUNNING OLD CODE - Automatic guilt for feeling good - Fear of expressing truth around others - Flash anxiety when you’re alone - Repeating relationship/survival patterns no matter how “aware” you are That’s not “just how you are.” That’s behavioral malware you absorbed without consent. 3. HOW TO START DECODING IT (FIELD HACKING 101) A. The Mirror Glitch: Ask yourself: “What do I believe about myself that isn’t mine?” Then write the first answer that comes. That’s your key. I’ve been hearing a lot about this more frequently, since I’ve been awakening about a year ago.. and I was mesmerized. Then I found myself on your instagram and now I’m here.
