Write it down what’s that one thing you’ve been delaying? A phone call? A project? A tough conversation? 2. Ask yourself why Is it fear? Uncertainty? Overwhelm? Get clear on what’s been stopping you. 3. Take one small action today to Shift your mindset and tell yourself, this can be easy. Take the first step and watch how things start to shift!
