Had a broker ask me for my calculator after he sent over 3 properties and I let him know I ran the numbers but they are not making good financial sense.

I have another seasoned veteran giving me all kinds of assistance what was not there last week is overflowing with deals today in 3 markets yippee feast of famine…just like construction I feel right at home I am busy this week!!! Hasta Luego todos!

Yes keeping an open mind and being reminded to keep it at the forefront is key. I have had multiple poor experiences in the past with agents so I had to release the negative energy and move to a different chair so my perspective changed. Voila amazing what a simple little tweak can do for you

I entered in 3 properties today that were sent over by a broker. As they sit without changing rates/terms etc. They would cost me money to operate. (RED) next
