Seeking encouragement
I have been taking GHKCU for about 6 weeks now. I use a GHKCU/KPV blend and a 1/2 inch needle to prevent a reaction. The injection is going fine and I’m using just under 2mg a day. But after 6 weeks I have no difference at all. My skin might actually be a little worse than before and I’m getting really burnt out on daily injections. I know this is suppose to take a while to make a difference but I was wondering if I could hear any success stories from someone who has been on it for several months. Something to keep me motivated to keep doing it. I have had fabulous results with glp peps and this is the first thing I’ve tried outside of that.

I take ghk-cu on its own and ive been on it for a few months and I love it. My skin and hair have never looked better. You have to have patience with this peptide. You are not going to see results in 4 or 6 weeks. More like 3 to 6 months.
Pep advice
So two part question: 1) I’m contemplating adding glutathione or nad+ with my glp, either better? 2) I know we have vetted suppliers but I’m curious about a company that has good reviews and I’d like to know if it’s reputable. That allowed?

@Mary-Jane Kohler, MT ASCP its really not that serious to me. I don't care to buy pink glutathione, I was offering what ive read from multiple sources. I don't just make things up. But whatever. I don't claim to be a peptide expert im just here on my journey sharing my experience and what ive read. If your some sort of expert or chemist then by all means correct my misinformation. Otherwise trying to put me on blast in a public forum isnt cool. Have a great weekend 😀
New to Tesa
Has anyone started Tesa with 0.5mg dose? I’m not sure why, but this one has me a little fearful to start it. Any tips with starting the Tesa journey?

@Lindsey Ocampo i would start with your diet, make sure your eating enough protein for sure. If your goal is weigh loss you have to be in a calorie deficit. Make sure your hitting your protein and tracking your macros. Chat gbt can help with that if your not sure how to calculate anything. Stay away from bullshit protein bars. They are garbage. If you are gonna do protein shakes, fairlife is pretty clean and so are nurri. And they don't taste like shit lol. If your looking for a good protein powder that you can mix on with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese or make a shake with, transparent labs is pretty good. If you can workout and lift then get it girl, At least 3 times a week. And do some cardio nothing crazy walk, on a treadmill in your neighbourhood whatever 30 minutes 3 times a week if that. I hate cardio but your girl gets it in lol. Im 50 and thats the one part of my workout I hate lol that and leg day lol. Hope this helps you. Feel free to reach out any time 😊

@Lindsey Ocampo love that for you! Look into kpv. It helped me tremendously. You got this sis!
Mots-C
I’m curious about Mots-C. I was doing Reta, but recently I started feeling wired and tired. I’m a light sleeper. So if I’m stimulated, my brain doesn’t easily turn off. Do people struggle to sleep on mots?

Mot c is taken in the am, I tried and thought it was ok. But like all peptides they are different with everyone. Some people love them some people don't. I for one love ipa by itself but the blend with cjc1295 no dac was an epic fail for me. Most people have about it. My go to is tessa and ipa separately. It all depends on what works for you😊
Protein Powder?
Hi everyone! I have been using pea protein powder for my shakes. Does anyone have a better suggestion? If you use pea protein- what brand do you prefer? Thanks, Deb
