Bio: Hi all, 48 year old trying to stay fit!!
Completed my first Hyrox with my wife - Oct 23 in Valencia - 1:18 time wise.

Preping for my 4 and 5th Hyrox! Glasgow on 3rd of March- open. Then moving up to pro for London May 4th!! It seemed like a good idea at the time :/
