Before joining IHYHT, I believed nothing could help me achieve the type of life that I was so Desperately Seeking Susan! After decades of therapy, Nick Pollard popped up on FB. 
Before joining 10 weeks ago, I couldn't hardly get out of bed in the morning, maybe in the afternoon? I would stay in bed on my cell.
Now look at me rock! Every day I grow, evolve, change important behaviors & make life better!
