Doing well - have to get back on track with posting after being away.

Where have the days gone! I have been sticking with the food choices but not with posting in this group…need to get back to 100%! I’ve been away visiting my son, so routines are way off. Today- 10k steps-lots of activities today -no carbs/sugar

Day 3 & 4
I forgot to post yesterday but had some time to catch up on the posts. I also keep forgetting to take pics of my food 🤣 Day 3 Food - 4 sous vide egg bites, lots of flanken ribs(first time having them), cream in my coffee Day 4 Food - cheeseburger with bacon and a fried egg, ground beef, cheese 8300+ steps yesterday 9600 so far today staying in eating window NOT eating sugar-less cravings, feeling like I'm getting back in to the groove
Adding Strength Training to Recumbent Bike
I found this book on my shelf and watched a few videos on the same topic. So I will create a plan to work different muscle groups daily after I ride my bike. I am in ketosis, so I am burning fat for energy.
