Bio: I am wife, a mom to 5 young adults, grandma to 3 of the cutest littles ever & 52 years old. I'm a massage therapist. I love Jesus, gardening & sewing.

Bio: I’m 72 years old retired Grandma of one. Past 13 months was strict carnivore for 6 months lost 55 pounds now stuck for 7 months.

Bio: Keto has increased my capacity for being the best mom & wife I can be. As a coach, I love helping people create a life they don’t want to escape from.
