I woke up this morning with the deepest feeling of being loved. Nothing special had happened. It was no different than any other morning. In fact, I’ve been sick with long covid for over a week. I wasn’t excited for the day. It wasn’t romantic love. It was deep agape love, the kind that feels ancient and steady and everywhere at once. That feeling didn’t come from my mind. It came from my heart field shifting into coherence. When the heart becomes coherent, the toroidal field around the body stabilizes and expands. It becomes smooth instead of jagged, open instead of guarded. The whole field begins to broadcast a frequency that other people can feel, even before words are spoken. Heart coherence increases connection because it aligns your emotional energy with your true nature. It softens the static. It clears the noise. It lets your presence be felt in a way that is unmistakable. People respond to you differently. Conversations flow more easily. You feel held by something larger than your circumstances. This morning reminded me that connection doesn’t always come from doing. Sometimes it comes from allowing the heart to settle into its natural rhythm. When the heart is coherent, the field becomes a bridge. And through that bridge, love moves freely. What happens in your body when your heart field expands?
