Hi everyone, I'm still recovering from a back surgery and am receiving treatment for another injury to my back. Thank you for your patience as I navigate this process. I'll be back in full swing again soon. Tim
@Tim Hillis At the end of August, I fell at work and broke my arm/elbow. I had surgery to replace my elbow with was smashed. I had radial head replacement surgery and fixed a ligament that C was torn in September. I recently returned to work. I drive a school bus and also had been fueling buses in between routes. Driving isn’t an issue. The fueling buses was. Not necessarily was it the fueling part but the duties included which are lifting the hoods of the buses, checking fluids, and lifting bottles of DEF and washer fluid (I are not in the fueler duties description). Anyways, that part of the job messed up my arm. Not the titanium piece but the ligaments, etc. I just recently had to quit the fueling position because of that. Also, it has been a battle with workman’s comp. They denied my claim right off the bat because an office person was eavesdropping and told the insurance company something I didn’t say, which caused the denial. Because of the denial, I should have had surgery sooner than I did. I have a lawyer and prayerfully a settlement will happen. My lawyer said I have a good case. so this has been a thing since September. So now I am having problems with my ligaments and muscles, etc., in my arm and swelling from my palm to above my elbow. I am in pain daily. Prayers are welcome. I will continue to pray for you as well. Blessings.
