Time?
Welcome to Give Me 15: Your YOU Season Time is yours. Choose it — or lose it. Time is yours. You can choose it, or you can lose it. Every day we give our time to something: our responsibilities, our careers, our families, our phones. Give Me 15 was created around one question: what would happen if you intentionally gave 15 minutes back to you?” Every day, our time is being spent. On work. On family. On responsibilities. On everyone and everything asking for a piece of you. But here’s the question: When was the last time YOU were intentionally on your own calendar? Give Me 15 was built on a simple belief: You don’t need to start your life over. You need to start giving yourself back small pieces of it. Because transformation rarely happens from one big decision we make once. It happens through small decisions (micro habits ) you repeat. 15 minutes. One choice. One promise kept. Again and again. Inside this community, we use the Give Me 15 method: FUEL — give your body what supports you MOVE— reconnect with your strength REST— recover before you run empty RESET— renew the thoughts driving your habits Small moments create momentum. Momentum creates consistency. Consistency creates change. This is your YOU Season. Not because you finally have more time… Because you finally decided your time matters too. First 15 Check-In: Introduce yourself:Your name + where you’re joining from Where do you need to reclaim 15 minutes first? Fuel Move Rest Reset Finish this sentence in the comments: “If I gave myself 15 minutes every day, my life would ___________________________________.” ? Welcome. Now… Give Me 15. Your 15 Minutes. Your Time. Your Choice.

Madison Chase Fitness is my child, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. I’ve had many successful careers and she encouraged me to not let tech stop me
